奥氏体-铁素体区循环形变对X60管线钢力学性能的影响
Effect of Austenite-ferrite-repeating Deformation on Mechanical Properties of X60 Pipeline Steel
【摘要】 通过调整奥氏体-铁素体区循环形变参数,研究了铁素体区变形温度、奥氏体区变形温度、变形速率、冷却速度对X60管线钢力学性能的影响规律。实验结果表明:采用该循环变形工艺所得到的X60管线钢的铁素体晶粒大小为3.7μm,抗拉强度为639MPa,断面收缩率为79%,与CSP工艺下的组织相比,更加均匀细化,抗拉强度提高了16%。
【Abstract】 The effects of deformation temperature in ferrite and austenite zones,stress rate and cooling rate on the mechanical properties of X60 pipeline steel were investigated by adjusting austenite-ferrite-repeating deformation parameters. The results of the study indicate that the mechanical properties of X60 pipeline steel are enhanced by this method.
