Si元素对Fe-Al基阻尼合金微观组织和内耗性能的影响
Effect of Si Content on Microstructure and Internal Friction of Fe-Al Based Damping Alloys
【摘要】 制备了含Si量分别为0%、0.6%和1.2%的三种Fe-5.8Al合金,并研究了这三种合金在900℃退火2 h 空冷后的微观组织特征和内耗行为,解释了Si含量及析出相对Fe-Al合金阻尼性能的影响机理,并提出了该系合金的阻尼机制。
【Abstract】 Three kind of alloys with different Si content were experimentally made and internal friction and microstructure of the alloys under annealing 2h at 900 ℃ conditions were studied. An internal friction peak was observed in the present alloys. The Q- 1 peak increases and then decreases with the increase of Si, which was found to be directly attributed to the precipitation intermetallics from the aluminium alloy matrix. The internal friction mechanisms of the alloy were put forward.
