32Cr2MoV复合镀膜处理的组织及磨损行为
Structure and Friction Behaviour of Duplex-Coated 32Cr2MoV
【摘要】 对32Cr2MoV进行了复合镀膜处理,并与离子氮化后的试样进行了比较。结果表明,经复合镀膜处理后在表面层形成更多的氮化物,其分布范围更宽;表面硬度梯度更为合理;通过对比磨损试验,复合镀膜处理比离子氮化处理的耐磨性更好。
【Abstract】 The structureal properties of duplex-coated TiN 32Cr2MoV and plasma nitrided 32Cr2MoV were investigated.Nitrides of surface in duplex-coated TiN 32Cr2MoV is more than that of plasma nitrided 32Cr2MoV.Deepth of N diffusion layer in duplex-coated TiN 32Cr2MoV is deeper than that of nitrided 32Cr2MoV.Micro-hardness test and wear experiments shows that the hardness gradient distribution of duplex-coated TiN 32Cr2MoV is more proper and wear resistance is better.
