液相脉冲放电沉积TiC陶瓷涂层的滑动磨损性能研究
Study on Sliding Abrasion Properties of TiC Ceramic Layer with Liquid Pulse Sediment
【摘要】 将高熔点金属Ti电极置入含碳的液相介质中,利用脉冲放电所产生的低温高能等离子体在45钢基体上沉积了TiC硬质金属陶瓷涂层,对TiC陶瓷涂层进行了滑动磨损试验。结果表明:在本试验条件下,TiC涂层的滑动摩擦系数较小,且较稳定;在相同的磨损实验条件下,TiC涂层的磨损质量损失是未处理表面的1/10左右,是化学复合镀N i-P-SiC(纳米)镀层的1/6左右,说明涂层的耐磨性相对较好。涂层磨损形貌观察发现:涂层磨痕均为浅显的平行犁沟,表明涂层的磨损机理为轻微磨粒磨损。
【Abstract】 The sliding abrasion properties of the TiC ceramic layer were tested.The result shows that the kinetic friction coefficient of layer are worse and steady.In the same conditions of wearing test,the weight loss of surface treated with EDC is about one tenth of the weight loss without treatment,and is about one sixth of the weight loss treated with electroless composite Ni-P-SiC coating.The abrasion morphology shows the wearing trace of layer are mostly shallow parallel furrow and indicates the abrasion mechanism is slight grain abrasion.
