【摘要】 以HTJ-3焊条为对比焊条,应用插销试验研究了HTG-1焊条焊接调质态30CrMnSiNi2A钢的冷裂纹敏感性,分析了预热温度对冷裂纹敏感性的影响,测试了HTG-1焊条所焊接头的力学性能。结果表明:采用HTG-1焊条可以有效地降低该钢焊接冷裂纹敏感性;预热温度增加,抗冷裂效果更好。焊缝金属冲击韧度远大于母材,对试验温度不敏感,断口为韧性断口;焊接接头拉伸试样断裂于焊缝,强度远低于母材。

【Abstract】 Cold crack sensitivity of 30CrMnSiNi2A as quenched and tempered welded using HTG-1 electrode was investigated by implant test, and HTJ-3 electrode was taken as a contrast in the test. The effect of preheat temperature on cold crack sensitivity was also discussed. Mechanical properties of welding joint using HTG-1 electrode were tested. The results show that using HTG-1 electrode may effectively decrease welding cold crack sensitivity of the steel,and the sensitivity to cold crack decreases as preheating temperature increases. Impact toughness of weld metal is more than that of parent metal and not sensitive to test temperatures, and the impact fracture is in the form of toughness. The tensile samples of welding joint all fail in weld metal, and the strength is much lower than that of parent metal.
