一种优质耐火材料—Sialon
A new high-quality refractory material—Sialon
【摘要】 Sialon是由Si、Al、O、N组成的化合物,是Si3N4中的元素经置换而形成的一大类固溶体的总称,它包括α、β、O、X型和AlN多型体等多种晶体类型。本文系统介绍了Sialon材料的种类、性能、应用现状、常用的合成方法及发展前景。研究表明,由于Sialon材料具备一系列优越的力学性能、热学性能及化学稳定性,在耐高温领域显现出极好的应用前景,被认为是最有希望的高温结构陶瓷之一。
【Abstract】 Sialon is a compound composed of silicon, aluminum, oxygen and nitrogen. It is a generic name of a type of solid solution and formed by displacement of some chemical elements in Si3N4. The Sialon includes many crystal types, such as types α, β, O, X and AlN polymorphism. The authors introduce the types of Sialon ceramics, its properties, application, synthesis methods and the development foreground. The study indicates that the Sialon has a series of superior mechanical properties, thermal properties and chemical stabilities. It shows best applied foreground in anti-high temperature, and is considered as one of the most prominent structural ceramics at high temperature.
