【摘要】 以柴胡皂苷a,d的含量为指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定柴胡中柴胡皂苷a,d的含量,其色谱条件:HypersilsC18柱(4.6mm×250mm),流动相甲醇-水(66:34),流速1mL/min,检测波长204nm.柴胡皂苷a,d的线性回归方程分别为:柴胡皂苷a:A=6.5428C-6.4132(r=0.9994);柴胡皂苷d:A=6.0308C-4.9314(r=0.9965).柴胡皂苷a的平均回收率为98.5%(n=6,RSD=2.18%),柴胡皂苷d的平均回收率为98.3%(n=6,RSD=2.28%).此方法简便、快速、准确,便于对柴胡药材进行质量控制.更多还原

【Abstract】 To develop a method using HPLC for determination content of saikosaponin a and saiko-saponin d in Bupleurum chinense DC.The index is quantitative content of ssa,ssd by HPLC.The samples were separated by Hypersils C18 column.The mobile phase is methyl-alcohol-water(66:34).The detector wavelength is 204 nm.The flow is 1 mL/min.The regression eguations of saikosaponin a and saikosaponin d were Assa=6.542 8C-6.413 2(r=0.999 4),Assd=6.030 8C-4.931 4(r=0.996 5).The average recovery rate ofsaikosaponin a was 98.5%(n=6,RSD=2.18%).The average recovery rate of saikosaponin d was 98.28%(n=6,RSD=2.28%).The HPLC method is simply and suitable to control quantitative of radix Bupleurum.更多还原
