家蚕丝蛋白生物材料新功能的开发及应用

【摘要】 家蚕丝蛋白质是一种具有良好透气与透湿性、无毒、无刺激、与人体相容性强的生物材料。文章总结了家蚕丝蛋白作为人造皮肤、血管、肌腱、韧带、骨骼和牙齿等人造组织材料,以及作为手术缝合线、隐形眼镜、角膜、抗血凝剂、药物控释材料、功能性细胞培养基质、固定化酶载体和生物传感器等生物医学材料的功能开发和应用进展,还总结了家蚕丝蛋白质在环保新材料、化妆品、保健营养食品等日化和环保领域的功能开发和应用方法。分析认为,由于家蚕基因组研究工作的重大成果,以及基因工程和生物技术的快速进步,家蚕丝蛋白质的生物功能有望在军事、航天、医学、环保等领域得到更深、更广地开发和应用。

【Abstract】 As biologic material, the Bombyx silk protein has the characteristics of comfortable, nonpoisonous, harmless and suitable for human bodies. This article summarized its functional exploitation and application both in artificial tissue and biomedical materials. The former is mainly about artificial skin, blood vessel, tendon, ligament, skeleton, the latter including operation seaming string, contact lenses, cornea, and biologic sensor, etc.. It also introduces the functional development and application methods in daily cosmetic and the environmental protection, such as new materials of environmental protection, the cosmetics, health care and nutritious food. For the great achievement of silkworm抯 genome research work, especially the fast development of the genetic engineering and biotechnology, the biologic function of silk will get wider development and application in military, spaceflight, medical science, environmental protection.
