【摘要】 目的确定益气生骨颗粒剂的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交实验方法,以黄芪甲苷含量为检测指标,以水提醇沉为提取制备方法,考察各因素的影响。结果最佳工艺如下:加入的水量为10倍,提取次数为3次,提取时间为1h。合并滤液,浓缩至浓度为1.1g/ml,加乙醇使含醇量为60%沉淀,静置18h。结论该法提取效率高,稳定性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the optimum extracting technology of “Yiqi Shenggu Granule”. Method The optimum extraction process was selected by the orthogonal test and extraction ratio of astragaloside A was used as a maker and water extraction alcohol precipitation as the preparing technique to investigate the influence of the factors. Results Optimum extracting technology was defined as follows: 10 folds of water, extraction for 3 times and 1 h each time. The mixed decoction was concentrated to 1.1 g/ml and precipitated by adding alcohol to concentration of 60% and laying 18 h. Conclusion The method has high rate of extraction and good stability.更多还原
