【摘要】 目的观察芪蛭胶囊对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的保护作用。方法制备Wistar大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型。通过观察模型大鼠的脑含水量、脑组织SOD活性、MDA含量及NO含量的变化,探讨芪蛭胶囊对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的预防和治疗作用。结果芪蛭胶囊能降低脑组织含水量,提高脑组织SOD活性,减少脑组织MDA及NO生成。结论芪蛭胶囊对大鼠局灶性脑缺血具有明显的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the protective effects of "Qizhi Capsule" on focal cerebral ischemia in rats. Methods Wistar rats with focal cerebral ischemia were established and corresponding modalities were given.The volume of water content,SOD activity,MDA content and NO content in brain tissues were detected. Results "Qizhi Capsule" had a certain protective effect on ischemia tissue through reducing water content and increasing SOD activity, and decreasing MDA and NO content in the brain. Conclusion "Qizhi Capsule" has obvious protective effects on focal cerebral ischemia in rats.更多还原
