【摘要】 目的研究健脾方对慢性乙型肝炎患者树突细胞功能的影响。方法60例慢性乙肝脾虚患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组给予健脾方和干扰素(赛诺金),对照组给予赛诺金,疗程均为6个月。分离培养外周血DC,流式细胞仪测定DC表面HLA-DR、CD86、CD80、CD40、CD14、CD11c的表达,混合淋巴细胞反应测定两组DC的功能。结果治疗组DC表面的CD86、CD80、CD40、CD11c明显高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);刺激指数、IFN-γ、IL-12、IL-10的变化亦显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论提示健脾方可明显改善DC的功能,调节免疫功能可能是其提高临床疗效的机理之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of "Spleen-Invigorating Prescription" on dendritic cell (DC) function of chronic Hepatitis B. Methods A total of 60 spleen asthenia patients of chronic HBV infectors were enrolled and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and received either "Spleen-Invigorating Prescription" combined with interferon injection (treatment group,n=30) or only interferon (control group,n=30) for 6 months.DC in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)was isolated and cultured,then the expression of HLA-DR,CD86,CD80,CD40,CD14 and CD11c were detected by flow cytometry,and the function of DC with mixed lymphocyte reaction(MLR) was assayed. Results The expression of CD86,CD80,CD40 and CD11c in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.01,P < 0.05).The change of stimulating index,IFN-γ,IL-12 and IL-10 also strikingly outweigh control group. Conclusions "Spleen-Invigorating Prescription" could improve DC’s function.It hints that this Prescription created effect through adjusting immune function.更多还原
