【摘要】 目的观察复方参桂胶囊治疗心绞痛的临床疗效。方法采用数字表法将108例患者随机分为治疗组(65例)和对照组(43例),分别给予以复方参桂胶囊和复方丹参滴丸口服,30d为1个疗程,连续服用3个疗程。结果治疗组临床症状和心电图改善均优于对照组(P<0.05);中医证候总有效率治疗组和对照组分别是93.84%、74.42%(P<0.01)。结论复方参桂胶囊对冠心病心绞痛有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the clinical efficacy of "Fufang Shengui Capsule" in the treatment of coronary angina pectoris,65 cases in treatment group were treated with this Capsule and another 43 cases in control group were treated with "Fufang Danshen Droplet", for three courses with four weeks in a course. Results The clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram improved better in treatment group than in control group(P < 0.05);the total effective rate was 93.84% in treatment group and 74.42% in control group,P < 0.01.
