【摘要】 目的观察消瘕方预防乳腺癌术后的复发及转移。方法将110例乳腺癌术后患者分为中药组和对照组,两组均予以放疗、化疗及内分泌治疗,中药组术后及放化疗过程中即服中药消瘕方,对照组当疾病出现复发或转移时开始服用消瘕方。结果中药组74例中,复发4例,转移8例,死亡1例,此13例患者的中位无病生存期6.1年;对照组36例中的中位无病生存期3.6年,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组的10年无病生存率有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论消瘕方能预防和延缓乳腺癌术后的复发及转移,提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of "Xiaojia Decoction" in preventing the recurrence and metastasis of postoperative mammary carcinoma. Methods 110 subjects were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group. All subjects were treated with radiotherapy, chemotherapy and endocrine therapy, and cases in the former group were integrated with oral decoction simultaneously. Results In the 74 patients in treatment group, 4 relapsed, 8 metastasized, and 1 patient died; the median disease free survival time(mDFS) for these 13 cases were 6.1 years. In the 36 cases in control group, the mDFS was 3.6 years, P < 0.05; and the difference of 10 years mDFS was extremely significant(P < 0.01). Conclusion "Xiaojia Decoction" can prevent and delay the recurrence and metastasis of postoperative mammary carcinoma, along with an improvement in the quality of life.更多还原
