【摘要】 观察胃炎消对胃癌癌前病变(PLGC)的治疗作用及其对PLGC组织中bcl-2凋亡相关癌基因表达的影响。方法:采用随机双盲法,将40例PLGC患者分为治疗组(胃炎消治疗)25例和对照组(维酶素治疗)15例,治疗前、后胃黏膜活检标本采用原位分子杂交标记法作bcl-2癌基因mRNA转录水平的检测。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为84.00%,病理疗效以中度异型增生为好,作用优于对照药(P"0.05);治疗组患者治疗后bcl-2癌基因mRNA转录水平表达下调(P"0.05)。结论:胃炎消对PLGC有良好的治疗作用,其机制可能与下调PLGC组织中bcl-2癌基因mRNA转录水平的表达有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the tkerapeutic effect of Weiyanxiao(WYX)on precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC)and its regulating effect of mRNA expression of bcl-2 oncogene in PLGC tissues.Methods:Forty patients with endoscopically andpathologically confirmed PLGC were studied.Among them 25 patients were treated with WYX,and 15 patients with Weimeisu(WMS)as control.mRNA expression of bcl-2 oncogene was detected by in situ hybridizationhistochemical methods before and after treatment.Results:The therapeutic effect clinical syndromes and moderate dysplasia in WYX group were better than that in WMS group.The overexpression of bcl-2 oncogene at mRNA stage were found in PLGC,and gradually increased with the progress of lesions.WYX could reduced the expressions of bcl-2 oncogene at mRNA stage in PLGC tissues to some extent.Conclusion:WYX has better therapeutic effect on PLGC.And this effect may be interrelated with regulating effect of WYX on the mRNA expression of bcl-2 oncogene that related with apoptosis.更多还原
