【摘要】 目的:建立测定甘草中总黄酮含量的新方法。方法:利用紫外可见分光光度法以甘草苷作对照品,计算乌拉尔甘草中总黄酮的含量。结果:该方法有较好的精密度、准确度,回收率在100%~105%之间,60℃超声20min提取出的总黄酮的质量是甘草生药质量的3.73%~3.98%。结论:本实验中建立的方法方便、准确,乌拉尔甘草中总黄酮含量较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:A novel method for determination of total flavones in liquorice was set up.Method The total flavonoes in Guralensis uralensis Fisch was determined by spectrophotometer,Reference substance was liquiritin.Results:The better precision and accuracy could be obtained,The recovery rate was 100%～105%,total flavonoes was extracted by ultrasonic wave,and the content is 3.73%～3.98%.Ultrasonic treatment for 20 minutes at 60℃.Conclusion:This mehod is convenient,accurate,and worth of exploitation,the concentration of total flavonoes in Guralensis uralensis Fisch is higher than other varieties in Glycyrrhiza.Linn.更多还原
