新疆兵团农八师150团牛羊莱姆病的血清流行病学调查

【摘要】 为了了解新疆生产建设兵团150团家畜莱姆病的流行情况,调查了该地区的自然地理状况,同时选取了4个羊场2、个牛场,调查饲养环境和管理模式,采集牛、羊血清,通过间接免疫荧光试验(IFA)检测莱姆病IgG抗体。检测结果显示4个羊场的感染率分别为28.5%(45/158)4、4.7%(42/94)、57.6%(95/165)、49.2%(120/224),平均为47.1(302/641)%;2个牛场感染率分别为14.5%(24/166)、13.1%(21/160),平均为13.8%(45/326)。调查结果提示,150团为莱姆病的自然疫源地,家畜均处于一个较高的感染水平。

【Abstract】 To investigate the infection of cattle and sheep lyme disease in State Farm 150,we investigate the entironment and breeding model there,and collected 641 serum samples of sheep and 326 serum samples of cattle in State Farm 150.All the serum samples were tested for antibody against Borrelia burgdorferi by the indirect immunoflorescent assay.The result showed that the positive rate of sheep was 28.5%,44.7%,57.6% and 49.2% individualy,the mean positive rate of sheep was 47.1%,the positive rate of the cattle was 14.5%,13.1%,and the mean positive rate of cattle was(13.8%.)It suggested that State Farm 150 was the natural focus of lyme disease,and lyme disease was widespread in livestock there.
