【Abstract】 Accoraiag to the publicated pmi gene senquence in genebank,we get the target fragment in E.coli through PRC,and then it is connected with the vector of pGM-T easy.The target gene in positive recombinant is connected with the various region of expression vector of pBI121,and then we construct the vector of NPTII-pmi-121,the vector of pmi-121^△NPTII successfully.更多还原
