头穴透刺对急性脑梗死患者血清中sICAM-1的影响

【摘要】目的观察不同方法对急性脑梗死患者血清中可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)的影响。方法采用双抗体酶联免疫吸附法(ABC-ELISA)。结果与结论头穴透刺针法对急性脑梗死患者血清中异常升高的sICAM-1有明显的降低作用,其疗效优于单纯西药组,差异显著(P<0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of different methods on serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1) in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Double antibody enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay(ABC-ELISA) was used.Results and Conclusion Scalp point-through-point acupuncture has a significant reducing effect on abnormally elevated serum sICAM-1 in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Its curative effect is superior to that of simple Western medicine.There is a significant difference between them(P<0.05).更多还原
