小蓟及小蓟炭指纹图谱的初步研究

【摘要】 目的:采用高效液相色谱法建立小蓟、小蓟炭的指纹图谱,并进行分析比较。方法:用KromasilC18(46×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,0.5%冰醋酸溶液—乙腈为流动相,采用梯度洗脱,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长254nm,柱温:30℃。结果:初步建立了小蓟、小蓟炭的指纹图谱,其精密度、重复性、稳定性试验中共有峰相对保留时间和相对峰面积的RSD均小于3%。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,小蓟炒炭前后指纹图谱有明显差异。

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the fingerprints of herba Cirsii and Herba Cirsii Carbonisatus by reversed-phase performance liquid chromatography(PR-HPLC) and analyze them.Methods: Chromatographic conditions were available as follows: KromasilC18(46×250mm,5μm),0.5% glacial acetic acid solution-methylcyanide as mobile phase,gradient elution,flow rate 1.0 ml/min,the detection wavelength 254 nm,column temperature 30℃.Results:The fingerprints of herba Cirsii and herba Cirsii carbonisatus were basically established.The RSD of relative peak areas and retention time of common peak in precision,repeatability and stability tests were lower than 3.0%.Conclusion: This method is convenient,accurate and repeatable to use as a standard method in quality control of herba Cirsii.Great difference occurred in its fingerprint after the herba Cirsii was carbonized.
