【Abstract】 Objective In order to resolve cross contamination and reagent waste in Dimension AR analyzer electrolyte testing system,we investigate whether the self-made electrolyte reagent can replace the original import reagents. Methods The physical and chemical parameters of the original reagents were analyzed,and the similar reagents were prepared.A series of contrasting test between the self-made and the original reagents were performed. Results There was no remarkable difference between the two reagents. Conclusions The self-made reagents can be used in the electrolyte system of Dimesion AR analyzer.更多还原
