【摘要】 目的了解上海老年健康人群的氨基端前B型钠尿肽(NT-proBNP)水平,和非老年人群及其他国家地区的老年人群作比较。方法用电化学发光免疫法体外定量检测98名健康老人血清中的NT-proBNP,分析其与年龄、性别等因素的关系。结果98名健康老人NT-proBNP(中位值)为53.25 ng/L。多元回归分析结果显示,左心室射血分数、血肌酐与NT-proBNP的关系较密切。结论60岁以上老人建议界值定为120 ng/L。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the level of N-terminal pro-B type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) in healthy old people in Shanghai. Methods The levels of serum NT-proBNP in 98 old people were determined by electrochemiluminescent immunoassay(Elecsys 2010,Roche Diagnostics). Results The median(range) concentrations of NT-proBNP in healthy old people were 53.25(10.3～132.6) ng/L.Multi-factors linear regression analysis showed that left ventricular ejection fraction and serum creatinine might correlate to NT-proBNP. Conclusions The authors suggested the normal cut-off values of NT-proBNP for Shanghai healthy old people(≥ 60 years) might be 120 ng/L.更多还原
