【摘要】 目的比较腹腔镜下全腹膜外补片植入术(TEP)与Shouldice和Lichtenstein疝修补术的临床效果。方法抽取3位高年资医师完成的改良Shouldice术、Lichtenstein术和TEP术资料,对3类手术进行比较研究。结果 3组患者在术后疼痛及术后复发上的差异无显著性;Shouldice术手术费用最低,术后异物感最小;Li chtenstein术在手术时间和牵拉感方面有优越性。结论 3类手术各有特点,疝修补术应按个体化处理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effectivenesses of the total extraperitoneal laparoscopic procedure (TEP), Lichtenstein’s technique and Shouldice’s procedure for the repair of inguinal hernia. Methods Comparing total extraperitoneal laparoscopic procedure (TEP) with various open mesh repair using Lichtenstein’s technique and modified Shouldice’s technique. Results No statistical difference was found in the incidences of postoperative pain and recurrence rate among the three mentioned procedures; Lichtenstein repairing is superior in having less traction pain and operative duration; Shouldice repairing has the least operation cost and less foreign body sensation. Conclusion Each of these repairing procedures has its own advantage, the herniorraphy procedure should be adopted individually.更多还原
