【摘要】 目的观察运动和蜂王浆补充对小鼠血液成分的影响,探讨运动性血液成分异常的防治方法。方法ICR小鼠30只,分为3组,分别为安静组、运动组、运动+10 g/(kg.bw)剂量的蜂王浆组,饲养灌胃28 d后,小鼠尾部取血,测定白细胞、红细胞、血小板和血红蛋白等指标。结果(1)运动组小鼠较安静组小鼠红细胞压积显著上升,血小板数显著增加,平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度则显著下降(P<0.05);(2)运动+蜂王浆组能明显提高运动小鼠血液白细胞数量、中性粒细胞的数量及百分数(P<0.05);提高血红蛋白的浓度,减少红细胞压积(P<0.05);降低血小板数量及血小板压积(P<0.05);力竭游泳时间显著延长(P<0.05)。结论蜂王浆能显著改善运动小鼠的血液成分,提高运动小鼠免疫力,延缓疲劳产生。更多还原

【Abstract】 PurposeTo observe the effect of exercise and royal jelly on blood ingredient in mice,the prevention methods of exercised-blood abnormity were discussed.Methods30 ICR mice were randomly divided into three groups: control group,exercise group and exercise + royal jelly group.The blood ingredient from the mice vein of tail was measured after having been exercised and fed for 28 days.Results(1) hematocrit(HCT) and platelet(PLT) of exercise group mice were significantly increased,while mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC) was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).(2) in exercise + royal jelly group,white blood cells(WBC) and middle cells(Mid) were increased compared with exercise group(P<(0.05)),Mid% and MCHC were higher than those of exercise group(P<(0.05)),while HCT,PLT and platelet crit(PCT) were lower than those of exercise group(P<(0.05)).Exhaustive swimming time was longer than that of exercise group(P<0.05).ConclusionRoyal jelly could enhance immunity of exercised mice,ameliorate their hemorrheologic indexes and delay the decrepitude of the body.更多还原
