薄层色谱法测定注射用氨酪酸中的有关物质及配伍稳定性

【摘要】 目的采用薄层色谱法测定注射用氨酪酸中的有关物质及配伍稳定性。方法以正丁醇-水-冰醋酸(5∶2∶1)为展开剂,在硅胶G薄层板上展开,用茚三酮的丙酮溶液显色后观察。结果确定了氨酪酸有关物质限度,及其与3种输液配伍的稳定性。结论该法简便、灵敏、准确,可作为注射用氨酪酸有关物质及配伍稳定性的快速测定。

【Abstract】 PurposeTo control qualitatively the related substances and compatible stability in aminobutyric acid for injection by thin-layer chromatography(TLC).MethodsExpanding reagent: butanol-water-acetic acid glacial(5∶2∶1),stationary phase: G silicon gel and colorate reagent: dissolve ninhydrin in acetone.ResultsThe impurity limit of aminobutyric acid was obtained.It is compatible stability with three transfusion.ConclusionThis method is simple,sensitive and accurate.It can be usedt for the rapid quality control of the related substances and compatible stability in aminobutyric acid for injection.
