【摘要】 目的评价增强磁共振(MRI)在肺癌脑转移诊断中的临床应用价值。方法对177例经手术、病理证实的肺癌脑转移的MRI资料进行回顾性分析。结果平扫发现瘤灶274个,增强后经不完全统计发现瘤灶452个。病灶强化方式以环状和结节状为主。环形强化的特征为外壁光滑,内壁毛糙,壁厚薄不均匀,强化不均。结论增强磁共振可以明显提高转移瘤的检出率,尤其对无水肿的隐匿性瘤灶诊断意义重大。肺癌脑转移MRI强化主要表现为环形强化和结节状强化,环形强化有一定的特征表现可与其他病变鉴别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To evaluate diagnostic value of the enhance MRI scan on brain metastases of lung cancer. Methods One hundred and seventy-seven cases of brain metastasis from lung cancer in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.During MRI diagnosis 0.1 mmol/kg of GD-DTPA was administrated in patients. Results The brain metastases of lung cancer infringed each part of the brain,the location of metastases were mainly in cerebral and between the cortex and white matter.In this group plain scan found 274 and enhance-scan found 452 metastases lesion.Ring-like and nodule enhancement dominate damong 177 cases in enhance MRI,and the features of ring-like enhancement were smooth outer wall,coarse inner wall,uneven of the wall thickness,and heterogenous enhancement. Conclusions Enhance MRI scan can highly rise metastases check rate,especially on diagnosis of no-dropsy metastasis cancer.The main enhance MRI appearance of brain metastasis from lung cancer were ring-like and nodule enhancement,and there are characteristic features of ring-like enhancement that differ from other lesions.更多还原
