几丁聚糖在医用不锈钢表面作生物涂层的可行性

【摘要】 针对生物材料医用不锈钢的应用及其植入人体存在的问题,介绍了目前金属材料表面改性的主要方法和最新研究进展,并综述了几丁聚糖的性能和国内外对几丁聚糖的研究方向,在此基础上重点探索了几丁聚糖在医用不锈钢表面作生物涂层的可能性及其意义。

【Abstract】 Of all kinds metallic biomaterials, biomedical stainless steels are widely used in clinical field because of their excellent comprehensive properties. In this paper, Aimed at the existing problems at present of biomedical stainless steels after surgery, the preparation methods and the advanced progress of surface modification are introduced in recent years. The main functions of chitosan are summarized, and so did the present investigations of chitosan at home and abroad. On the basis of that, This article focuses on the possibilities and the potential applications of the chitosan as biomedical coating on 316LSS are explored.
