Zn2+对钢铁磷化的影响

【摘要】 通过SEM(扫描电镜)、膜重和XRD(X射线衍射)测试等方法研究了Zn2+含量对钢铁磷化膜外观、形貌、膜重、相组成的影响。结果表明:随着Zn2+含量的增加,磷化膜的结晶形貌由颗粒状逐渐变成片状,晶粒尺寸逐渐变大;磷化膜重逐渐增加;磷化膜的P比逐渐降低。

【Abstract】 The effects of the content of Zn2+ on the appearance,morphology,film weight and phase composition of the phosphate film formed on the surface of the steel were investigated by SEM,XRD and film weight change.The results showed that with the increasing of Zn2+ content,the granular structure of the phosphate film gradually changed into the plate-like structure,the particle size and film weight increased gradually,the“P”ratio of the phosphate fihu decreased.
