管式离心机分离富集喷气燃料悬浮物的研究
RESEARCH ON THE SEPERATION OF ENRICHED JET FUEL SUSPENSION WITH TUBULAR—BOWL CENTRIFUGE
【摘要】 通过对悬浮物在离心机内的受力和运动分析,建立了喷气燃料中悬浮物在管式离心机中的运动方程。并通过理论假设和简化,求出了管式离心机所不能分离的悬浮物最大粒径和由于离心而增大的颗粒分离倍数。研究证明在给定旋转角速度和体积流量下,管式离心机所不能分离的最大粒径与密度差的平方根成反比,即密度差越小,不能分离的最大粒径越大;对于粒度小于25μm的细微颗粒,离心机的离心脱除颗粒效果非常好;分离试验证明管式离心机可以成功地进行喷气燃料中悬浮物的分离富集。
【Abstract】 By analyzing on stress and movement of suspension in centrifuge,establish a move- ment equation for the jet fuel suspension in tu- bular—bowl centrifuge and by theoretic assume and simplification find out the maximum particle size of suspension that is incapably separated by tubular—bowl centrifuge and particle separated multiple increscent from centrifugal action.The research shows that,at the given speed of rota- ting angle and volume flow rate,maximum size of incapable separated by tubular—bowl centri- fuge is inversely as the square root of density difference,that is the less the density difference the bigger the incapable separated particle size. It has very good particle removal effect by cen- trifugal function of centrifuge when the particle size is less than 25μm.The fact proves that the tubular—bowl centrifuge can successfully sepa- rate suspension in enrich jet fuel.
