香猪生长激素基因不同基因型对生长性能的影响
Effects of Growth Hormone Genotypes on Growth Performances of Xiang Pig
【摘要】 利用PCR-RFLPs技术,检测香猪生长激素基因ApaI酶切位点多态性,并分析不同基因型对个体初生重、2月龄体重、4月龄体重、平均日增重、4月龄体长和4月龄胸围等生长性能的影响。结果表明,香猪生长激素基因ApaI酶切后产生3种基因型和2种等位基因,AB基因型和AA基因型香猪的4月龄体重、0 ̄4月龄平均日增重均极显著地低于BB基因型香猪(P<0.01),4月龄体长也显著低于BB基因型香猪(P<0.05),提示AB和AA基因型可能是香猪矮小性的有利基因型。
【Abstract】 ApaI polymorphisms of porcine growth hormone (pGH) gene’s partly sequence were detected by PCR-RFLPs in Xiang Pig, and the effects of different genotypes on some growth traits involving the birth weight, 2-month body weight, 4-month body weight, average daily gain, 4-month body length and 4-month chest girth were analyzed. The results showed that there were 3 genotypes and 2 alleles on the gene fragments with ApaI digestion. The Xiang Pigs with AB and AA genotype were significantly less than that with BB genotype respectively on the 4- month body weight(P<0.01), 0~4 month average daily gain(P<0.01), and 4-month body length (P<0.05). It is possible that AB and AA genotype is the helpful genotype of Xiang Pigs’ dwarfism.
