【摘要】 以网纹甜瓜品种西域一号为接穗,选择葫芦科的7个不同栽培品种做砧木,研究不同砧穗组合的亲和性及嫁接植株的生长指标、果实性状和光合特性。结果表明:以西葫芦、丝瓜、瓠瓜、网蜜甜瓜为砧木,植株嫁接成活率及亲和力均达到100%;其中以碧玉瓠瓜为砧木,嫁接植株生长最快,株高和功能叶单叶面积最大;以江蔬一号丝瓜和碧玉瓠瓜为砧木,嫁接植株净光合速率和水分利用率最高,与自根植株差异显著。不同嫁接植株光响应曲线变化趋势基本一致,在低光强区呈直线上升,光强提高到1 500μmol.m-2.s-1后,变化趋于平缓。江蔬一号丝瓜及网蜜甜瓜与西域一号网纹甜瓜的嫁接亲和力强,植株生长势旺,光能利用率高,果实性状和品质良好,是优良的嫁接组合,西葫芦和瓠瓜也表现较好。中国南瓜和节瓜不适宜做西域一号的砧木。更多还原

【Abstract】 The netted melon cultivar ’Xiyu 1’ was used as scion and 7 different cultivars of gourd family were selected as rootstocks in order to study the graft compatibility between the scion and rootstocks and the growth,fruit characters and photosynthetic properties of grafted plants.The experimental results showed that both survival rate and grafting affinity of grafted plants reached 100% when summer squash,sponge gourd,bottle gourd and ’Wangmi’ muskmelon were used as rootstocks.The plants grafted on bottle gourd grew fastest and their plant height and functional leaf area were all the greatest.The plants grafted on sponge gourd or bottle gourd had the highest net photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency that were significantly different from those of self-root plants.The Pn-PAR response curves of all grafted plants basically had the same changing trend.The curved lines rectilinearly rose within range of the low light intensity and then slowly rose after the light intensity more than 1 500 μmol·m^-2·s^-1.The plants grafted on sponge gourd or ’Wangmi’ muskmelon had such advantages as strong grafting affinity and growth vigor,high use efficiency of light energy,and good fruit characters and quality,and so were good graft combinations.The plants grafted on summer squashor bottle gourd were also relatively good.The rootstocks of Chinese pumpkin and chieh-qua were unsuitable for netted melon ’Xiyu 1’.更多还原
