以可靠性为中心的多部件设备预防性维修策略的优化
Optimal Policy Research on Reliability-Centered Preventive Maintenance for Multi-components Equipment
【摘要】 基于以可靠性为中心的预防性维修计划对生产的重要性及其制定的复杂性,提出了多部件设备非周期预防性维修计划的优化方法.该方法中的预防性维修分为更换、修理和保养;突发故障用小修处理.为减少维修停机损失,将多个维修作业按照机会维修阈值进行归并.运用马尔可夫决策过程理论,给出了不同维修方式转移概率的表达式,解决了预防性维修策略的组合优化问题.用VB程序仿真求解出了满足设备可靠性要求、且维修成本最小化的预防性维修计划.结果表明,相比对多个部件单独进行更换或修理,所提出方法节约了大量维修成本.
【Abstract】 Reliability centered preventive maintenance schedule plays an important role in production process,however it is always a complex task to make such a plan.The optimization of reliability-centered non-periodic preventive maintenance(PM) for multi-components equipment with minimal repair at failures was proposed.Three types of PM actions including mechanical service,repair and replacement are simultaneously considered.Several PM activities are performed together to reduce shot down loss if they have reached the threshold for opportunity PM.Using Markov decision process theory,the expression of the transition probability for different PM actions was set up,and then the optimal combination problem on multi-components PM strategy was solved.The optimal PM schedule which can provide the desired levels of reliability to multi-components of the equipment and minimize maintenance cost at the same time was(obtained) by the simulation in Visual Basic program,which saves much cost compared with the policy to do replacement or repair for each component separately.
