精密数控曲线磨削中的砂轮法向跟踪建模及实验

【摘要】 针对传统数控曲线磨削存在的缺陷,提出了精密数控曲线磨削砂轮法向跟踪的新概念;通过保证曲线轮廓上磨削点处的法线经过砂轮的回转平面,实现了砂轮与工件之间的恒定点接触,从而提高了加工精度、实现了对任意复杂曲线轮廓的磨削加工.在分析砂轮与工件运动几何关系的基础上,建立了砂轮法向跟踪的数学模型,进而给出了法向跟踪的控制算法,并将该算法成功地应用于自行研制开发的MD9040型数字化曲线磨床.实验结果表明,砂轮法向跟踪的实现有效地提高了曲线磨削的加工精度.

【Abstract】 A new technology,the normal tracing of wheel in NC curve point-grinding,was presented.Development of the technology is based on the simultaneous three-axis machining.By controlling the superposition between the rotary surface of the grinding wheel and the normal vector of the curve,point contact between them was realized.So grinding just like turning,the abrasive machining of complex curve is easy to be realized.The main advantage of the technology is the fact that it can not only reduce the deformation of the grinding wheel and simplify the NC programming,but also improve surface quality and profile accuracy.The mathematic model of the normal tracing of grinding wheel was built,then the control algorithm of the normal tracing was given and applied in a new-type digital curve grinding machine successfully.The experimental results show its validity.
