高压共轨电控系统嵌入式实时软件系统

【摘要】 结合高压共轨柴油机电控系统硬件资源(MC68376),开发了基于高压共轨电控系统应用的嵌入式实时操作系统———OS,通过对OS的应用,建立了一套新的控制系统分层结构;针对OS进行性能测试,并对整个控制系统进行了发动机试验研究.结果表明,OS是一个高效的实时内核,能够满足整个控制系统的实时性要求,通过OS的应用,保证了发动机主要控制参数的刷新周期与发动机转速同步,使系统具有较好的实时性和可确定性.

【Abstract】 A real-time operating system(OS) was designed based on the hardware platform of Motorola MC68376 and was implemented in the high-pressure common-rail electronically controlled system for diesel engine.A multi-layer software architecture was built.The key features and the performance of OS were also introduced and measured.The engine test shows that the OS is an efficient real-time kernel and can satisfy the demands of control system,the main control parameters of diesel engine have a real-time update period varying with the rotation speed of diesel engine,the whole control system has a good real-time and deterministic characteristic.
