电子膨胀阀制冷剂质量流量系数的试验研究
Experimental Study on Electronic Expansion Valve Refrigerant Flow Coefficient
【摘要】 在自搭建的液环法节流机构流量特性试验台上,采用R407C制冷剂,研究了节流阀开度(流通面积)、节流前后压差、入口密度、入口过冷度、出口比体积、干度以及阀头半锥角和径向间隙对电子膨胀阀制冷剂流量系数的影响,获得了流量系数的量化关系,并进行了试验验证.结果表明,得出的关联式可以很好地定量描述流量系数的影响因素,误差在±10.6%以内.
【Abstract】 A test bench based on liquid ring method(LRM) was introduced.Experiments and analyses were made including the influence of valve’s opening(flowing area),pressure drop,inlet density,inlet supercooling,outlet specific volume and valve head linetype to mass flow coefficient utilizing R407C.A correlation was acquired,and the experimental results demonstrate it can better describe the influence factor of mass flow coefficient and the relative deviation falls within(±10.6%.)
