【摘要】 目的探讨解毒养阴汤治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法将符合入选标准的病毒性心肌炎患者72例,随机分为治疗组42例,对照组30例。两组均给予能量合剂,治疗组口服解毒养阴汤,对照组口服辅酶Q10等。治疗4周观察疗效。结果治疗组临床治愈17例,显效14例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率为95.24%(95%CI=83.8%~99.4%);对照组临床治愈8例,显效6例,有效9例,无效7例,总有效率为76.67%(95%CI=57.7%~90.1%);两组综合疗效比较,有显著性差异(u=2.1665,P=0.0303);治疗组在临床症状、心肌酶谱参数、左心室功能方面较对照组有明显改善。结论解毒养阴汤治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效优于辅酶Q10等,其收益OR=0.16(95%CI=0.03~0.84),NNT=5(95%CI=2.94~32.57)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Jiedu Yangyin Decoction(JYD) on Viral myocarditis.Methods:Seventy-two cases of viral myocarditis were selected and divided randomly into two groups,the treatment group(42 cases) were treated with JYD and the control group(30 cases) were treaed with coenzyme Q10 et al.Result:In the treatment group,17 cases were cured,14 cases were excellence,9 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 95.24%(95%CI=83.8～99.4%).In the control group,8 cases were cured,6 cases were excellence,9 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 76.67%(95%CI=57.7～90.1%).The difference of the two groups was significant (u=2.166 5,P=0.030 3).
