齿轮模数对激光熔覆层开裂倾向的影响
Effect of gear module on cracking tendency of laser-clad coating
【摘要】 采用单向送粉双向扫描工艺,对不同模数的齿轮进行N i60合金粉末激光熔覆的试验研究.结果表明,模数越大,熔覆层表面裂纹条数越多;激光线输入能量越大,裂纹条数越少;无裂纹熔覆层所需最小线能量随模数增大而增大,但其增幅随模数增大而逐渐降低.
【Abstract】 The experimental investigation of laser cladding with the Ni60 alloy powder on gear tooth of different modules is conducted in the process of unidirectional powder feeding and two-way scanning.The results show that the number of cracks increases with the gear module and decreases with the increase of the laser line energy.Although the minimum line energy required for non-cracks increases with the increase of the gear module,its increasing rate decreases with the increase of the gear module.
