低碳醇一步法合成烃类衍生物
Study on One-step Synthesis of Hydrocarbon Derivatives from Mildalcohols
【摘要】 甲醇乙醇一步催化合成烃类衍生物,催化剂为五氧化二钒,反应在常压、350℃条件下进行,原料甲醇与乙醇的摩尔比为2∶1。反应物乙醇转化率高达94.04%,异丁醛的收率达22.88%,乙醛收率达64.68%,丙醛收率达12.56%,由GC-MS分析结果表明反应产物中还含有产物丙醇、甲醛、甲酯、烯醛、3-甲基丁醇、2-甲基丁醛。
【Abstract】 The synthesis of hydrocarbon derivatives from methanol and ethanol in one-step was investigated over vanadium catalyst at 623 K and under normal atmospheric pressure. The mole ratio of methanol to ethanol was 2∶1. The ethanol conversion, isobutyraldehyde yield, acetaldehyde and propaldehyde yield respectively reached to 94.04%, 22.88%, 64.68% and 12.56%. The GC-MS analysis results showed that reaction products also consisted of byproducts such as propanol, formaldehyde, methyl ester, olefine aldehyde, 3-methyl butanol and 2-methyl butyraldehyde.
