【摘要】 民主化是社区社会工作发展的方向,但在目前体制下,基层社区组织由于缺乏社会凝聚力和行政色彩过浓,不但不能有效地推进社区社会工作的开展,还在一定程度上阻碍了城市社区工作的民主化进程,而将业主委员会这一新兴的具有“公民社会”初步特征的利益凝聚型的社会组织纳入到基层社区组织中,无疑会对推进社区社会工作民主化起到积极的作用。更多还原
