【摘要】 《中华人民共和国护照法》将于2007年1月1日起施行。《中华人民共和国护照法》基本克服了现行出入境管理法律法规与相关行政法之间以及出入境管理法律法规之间不相衔接、不相协调、不相统一的问题,遵循了法治和公开、公正、便民原则,维护国家主权、安全和社会秩序的原则,保护出入境人员合法权益的原则。同时,《中华人民共和国护照法》体现了执法为民的思想,借鉴了国际通行做法,强调了中央事权,彰显了我国政府打击非法移民活动的决心,具有较强的操作性和前瞻性。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of international communion and opening,the current administration model of passport has shown some defects.The Passport Law of the People’s Republic of China will be gone into force on January 1,2007.In order to structure the harmonious society,the exit-entry administrative units should strengthen the effective administration of passport.The Passport Law of the People’s Republic of China follows the principle of opening and justness.At the same time,it embodies the concern of enforcing the law for the people and lays stress on the importance of central right.更多还原
