优势降酚菌的培养与降酚效果的研究
Culture and Results of High Phenol-Degraded Bacteria
【摘要】 从生活污泥中培育出高效降酚菌,并挂膜培育了高效酚降解生物膜;驯化、培养、分离出两株对酚具有较高降解能力的微生物菌株,研究了其降解苯酚的性能和环境因素对降酚效果的影响。结果表明:在pH=5~7及25~35℃的环境下,含酚污水中酚降解率可达80%以上。
【Abstract】 The high phenol-degraded bacteria have been cultivated from domestic sludge,and their biofilms have been obtained successfully in the processing of the waste water treatment.The authors have acclimated,fostered and screened two kinds of bacteria with powerful phenol degrading capability.The high phenol-degraded capacities for these bacteria and factors influencing the capacities have been studied in this paper.The results show that the phenol degrading rates for the wastewater can reach 80 percent of the total phenol-content wastewater,under the conditions of pH=5~7,and 25~35℃.
