炼油轻度污染废水的污染评价及净化试验

【摘要】 炼油厂润滑油废水、原油罐区喷淋废水等生产废水水量大,污染程度低,主要污染物为COD、石油类和SS等,若将其治理并回用于生产,将产生重大的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。对某炼油厂五股轻度污染废水分别进行了污染评价和净化试验研究。研究结果表明,该炼油厂五股轻度污染废水经过适当工艺处理后,完全可以回用于生产。

【Abstract】 The flow rate of wastewater is about 800m3/h,which comes from lubricating oil units and crude oil container of an oil refinery,respectively. The wastewater is large in volume flow rate but with slight pollution.The main contaminants include COD(Chemical Oxygen Demand),oil and SS(Suspended Solids) etc.If the wastewater is well treated and recycled,the benefit to economy,environment and society will be very significant.The pollution assessment and treatment of the slightly polluted wastewater is thus studied in this paper.The results show that the quality of the effluent totally can meet the requirement of the standards of industrial recycled water after treated by suitable process.
