不同苔藓植物对重金属富集能力的比较
Comparison of adsorptive ability to the heavy metals in different species of bryophytes
【摘要】 采用原子吸收光谱法,对上海余山土生的7种不同种苔藓植物体内的Cu,Pb,Cd,Zn, Cr 5种重金属元素含量进行测定.测定结果的方差分析说明,不同种类的苔藓植物对同一种重金属的富集能力不同,同种苔藓植物对不同种类重金属的富集能力也不相同,其中小羽藓属植物可作为一种良好的生物指示材料用于环境重金属污染监测.
【Abstract】 By means of AAS analysis method, a study on the contents of Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd, Cr in the plants of 7 different species of bryophytes at Sheshan Mt. in Shanghai was carried out. The results show that different species of bryophytes have different adsorptive ability to the same metal, and the same bryophyte has different adsorptive ability to the different heavy metals. It is suggested that the moss Haplocladium could be used as bioindicator in monitoring for the heavy metals pollution.
