新型农药单嘧磺隆、单嘧磺酯对鱼腥藻光合作用的影响

【摘要】 两种新型农药单嘧磺隆、单嘧磺酯是新型磺酰脲类化合物.采用生物测试中光合抑制率的方法来研究两种新型农药对藻类光合作用的影响.实验表明,这两种新型农药在低浓度时就已经对鱼腥藻的光合作用产生影响.其EC50值分别为8.46×10-3,7.46×10-4,5.89×10-3; 6.67×10-4,5.00×10-3,5.59×10-3mg/L.实验所用3种鱼腥藻在两种新型农药影响下,浓度越高光舍抑制率越高.

【Abstract】 Two kinds of new-type pesticide Monosulfuron and Monostdfuron - ester are new Sulfonylurea Herbicide. Photosynthetic Inhibition was used as an index of pesticide toxicity. The experiment indicated, these two kind of new pesticide had the effect on photosynthesis of algae under low concentroction. The EC50 of Monosulfuron were 8.46×10-3,7.46×10-4,5. 89×10-3.The EC50 of Monosulfuron - ester were 6.67×10-4,5.00×10-3,5.59×10-3. And the toxicity of pesticide to Photosynsthesis of Anabaena increased by increasing the concentration of pesticide.
