【摘要】 目的观察髂内动脉结扎、髋臼三维记忆内固定系统在复杂性髋臼骨折中的治疗效果。方法1997年8月至2005年9月,我们采用髋臼三维记忆内固定系统治疗31例复杂性髋臼骨折。结果31例患者得到随访,随访6~63个月,平均11个月。使用髋臼三维记忆内固定系统的复杂性髋臼骨折病例均固定于解剖位。异位骨化2例,1例外展受限。根据M od ified d′A ub ighe and Posta l临床分级标准,优良率96.77%。结论髂内动脉结扎、髋臼三维记忆内固定系统手术治疗复杂性髋臼骨折出血少,固定坚强,能早期活动,是髋臼解剖性重建的一种有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe effect of application ligation internal iliac artery and ATMFS in treatment of complex acetabular fracture(CAF).Methods From August 1997 to September 2003.31 cases of CAF,18 fresh and 13 obsolete ones,were treated with ATMFS.Results All the cases were followed up for 6～63 months.Averaging 11 months,No displacement observed in all the cases.Heterotopic ossification happened in 2 cases.Abduction restricted 1 case.According to Modefied′d Aubighe and Postal clinical Grading system,The good and excellent rate of hip function was 96.77%.Conclusion Ligation internal iliac artery and ATMFS can achieve anatomic reconstruction of acetabular and the less blooding,the stronger fixation,the earlier movement.更多还原
