【摘要】 目的探讨有限切开交锁髓内钉内固定治疗浮膝损伤的治疗效果。方法采用有限切开交锁髓内钉内固定治疗浮膝损伤22例。结果经平均23个月(15~37个月)的随访,根据Karlstrom制定的膝关节功能评价标准评定,优18例,良2例,可1例,差1例。结论有限切开交锁髓内钉内固定治疗浮膝损伤,具有损伤小、固定坚强、便于早期功能锻炼及有利于骨折愈合的优点,是一种有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of the floating knee with the treatment of inter locking intramedullary nail and limited open reduction. Methods 22 patients with the floating knee were treated with inter locking intramedullary nail and limited open reduction. Results The average follow-up time was 23 months(15～37 months). According to the knee function criteria of Karlstrom, 18 cases achieved excellent, good in 2, fair in 1 and poor in 1. Conclusion Treatment of the floating knee with inter locking intramedullary nail and limited open reduction has the advantages of less trauma, firm fixation, convenience for early function exercise and high raito of fracture healing.
