国家体育场钢结构安装方案研究

【摘要】 研究了国家体育场钢结构安装的三种方案:①全部主结构和次结构按照设计位形在临时支撑塔架上安装,然后拆卸支撑塔架,主、次结构同时落架;②主结构和立面次结构按照设计位形在临时支撑塔架上安装,然后拆卸支撑塔架,落架完成后再安装肩部和顶面次结构;③主结构和立面次结构按照设计位形在临时支撑塔架上安装,然后拆卸支撑塔架但保留各支撑5%的待拆量,落架95%后安装肩部和顶面次结构,最后再二次落架。通过施工过程模拟分析,从结构的受力状态转变、从构件加工和制作的难易程度以及从施工周期等三个方面给出了这三种结构安装方案的优点和缺点。

【Abstract】 Three erection schemes for steel structure of National Stadium are studied and discussed in the paper.Three erection schemes are described as follows.① All temporary supports are completely removed after the main and secondary structural members were erected on the supports according to the structural design configuration.② All temporary supports are completely removed after the main and facade secondary structural members were erected on the supports according to the structural design configuration,then the shoulder and top secondary structural members are erected.③ 95% forces of the temporary supports are unloaded after the main and facade secondary structural members were erected on the supports according to the structural design configuration,then the shoulder and top secondary structural members are erected,and finally all temporary supports are removed completely.
