【Abstract】 Through analyzing the metric model of economic and environmental data from 1986 to 2003 of Lanzhou,this paper finds that the curves between the discharging of the industrial "threewastes" and economic development differs from the typical inverted U Shape of the Environmental Kuznets Curves.Through studying,the author thinks that the economic development,the changing of industrial structure,the escalating of the Energy consumption structure,enviromental policies and the special vally basin enviroment are the main factors lead to the non-typical Enviromental Kuznets Curves in Lanzhou.更多还原
