硅壳包裹核/壳型硫化镉量子点的制备与性能研究
Synthesis and Properties of Water-soluble Silica-coated CdS Quantum Dots
【摘要】 本文以蔗糖为稳定剂,在低温水相中合成了CdS量子点,并包裹一层SiO2壳.采用紫外可见(UV-V is)、荧光(FL)、透射电镜(TEM)等手段表征CdS量子点并研究制备条件对其性能的影响.结果表明:以蔗糖为稳定剂制备的CdS量子点水溶性好,颗粒粒径小分布窄、荧光强度强;在其外包裹一层SiO2壳,能有效改善该量子点的稳定性.
【Abstract】 CdS quantum dots were synthesized in aqueous solution at room temperature using sucrose as stabilizer followed by encapsulation of CdS QDs in SiO2.The prepared CdS QDs and CdS/SiO2 were characterized by UVVis spectra,IR spectra,fluorescent emission spectra,and electronic transmission microscopy(TEM).The results showed that CdS QDs had a narrow size distribution when sucrose was used as stabilizer which was about 3nm in diameter.The fluorescence properties of the CdS quantum dots were found sensitive to reaction temperature and concentration of sucrose.The surface of CdS quantum dots was passivated by SiO2,resulting in the effective reduction of the surface traps and the enhancement in PL intensity.Encapsulation of CdS quantum dots in SiO2 provided CdS nanocrystal with good stability.
