锐钛矿型纳米TiO2溶胶的低温制备及其光催化活性评价
Preparation of Anatase Type Nanosized TiO2 Sol at Low Temperature and Evaluation on Its Photocatalytic Property
【摘要】 研究了以四氯化钛和氨水为原料,在常温下通过两步法制备TiO2溶胶。TEM和XRD分析表明,TiO2溶胶粒径小于10 nm,并存在一定数量的锐钛矿型晶相结构。自然光照条件下,通过对亚甲基蓝水溶液的光催化降解试验和对新鲜馒头的防霉试验,考察了TiO2溶胶的光催化活性,同时检验了TiO2溶胶的稳定性。结果表明,TiO2溶胶具有较好的光催化活性和稳定性。
【Abstract】 Nanocrystalline photocatalytic active titanium dioxide(TiO2) sol was prepared by two steps with precursor titanium tetrachloride at low temperature.The sol samples were characterized by TEM and XRD.The results indicated that particle diameter of TiO2 sol prepared in this way is less 10(nanometers),and the sol has anatase crystal phase.Under plenteous sunshine,the photocatalytic(activity) of TiO2 sol was tested by(degradation) color tests of methylene blue solution with TiO2 sol concentration of 0.2% and antibiosis tests on fresh steamed bread.In addition,the stability test of TiO2 sol was carried out also.The results showed that the sol has high photocatalytic behaviour and stability.
