粘胶/长绒棉/牛奶蛋白纤维/山羊绒混纺纱的生产实践
Production practice of viscose/long staple cotton/milk protein fiber/cashmere blended yarn
【摘要】 为提升纱线的品位和纺织面料的国际竞争力,用粘胶纤维、长绒棉、牛奶蛋白纤维、山羊绒4种纤维纺制了18.5 tex混纺针织用纱。介绍了上述4种纤维的主要特性,以及纺纱生产中的主要工艺参数、技术措施和应注意的问题。
【Abstract】 To meet the up-grade of yarn quality and the consumers’new conception of environment friendly and green and health textiles so as to strengthen its international competition of Chinas textiles,18.5 tex blended knitting yarn of viscose fiber,long staple cotton,milk protein fiber and cashmere was spun.The main features of the above-mentioned 4 fibers are introduced in this paper with its main processing parameters,technical measures and attentions in the yarn spinning described.
